About me

I recently joined the power systems design and studies group at the National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL) as an energy systems modeler. Prior to NREL, I earned my Ph.D. in Engineering and Public Policy from Carnegie Mellon University.

My work addresses problems at the intersection of technology and policy, with a focus on energy and environmental issues. I am also interested in questions related to public opinion, communication, and engagement in science and energy, as well as engendering sustainble international development.
